Plasma and gas cutting of sheet metal

We offer you a service plasma and gas cutting of metal on own equipment in Kalush. The equipment allows you to quickly and efficiently cut thick metals up to 40.00 mm,  when using a plasma cut and 110mm when using gas cutting 

The maximum dimensions of the sheet are 3000x8000 mm.

We perform cutting of various types of sheet metal: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. Plasma cutting is performed on a CNC machine equipped with an air-plasma cutting unit. The machine allows you to cut almost any complexity.

In order to save materials, the cutting card can be additionally agreed with the Customer

Calculation of manufacturing cost. The cost of the service is determined based on the complexity and number of parts. The cost depends on the thickness and brand of metal, per 1 meter of cut with the following gradation:

• up to 5 mm; 6 - 9 mm; 10 - 13mm; 14 - 17mm; 17 -20mm;

* Punching holes in metal up to 9 mm; 10-13mm; 14mm; 15mm and more;

When cutting stainless steel, aluminum and alloys, the price increases by 15%

The order of registration and performance of service of plasma cutting of metal

The customer provides drawings, preferably in dwg or dxf format, and TK. If necessary, we translate the documentation into electronic form. The possibility and terms of performance, cost of performance of works are defined. Registration of documentation. The customer makes 50% advance, provides metal (it is possible to perform work on our material). Metal cutting. Placing an order for quality. Payment. Shipment. We can help arrange delivery.

Technical requirements for ordering:

• The presence of drawings of parts in electronic form in the format dwg, dxf (AUTOCAD) or cdw, frw (Compass);
• Specification of details with indication of quantity.
